Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate with focused experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate M&A, Tech Employment Regulatory, and Corporate Transactions to join their office in Bengaluru. The candidate should be capable of independently handling transactions with minimal supervision.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transaction documents, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis across corporate, real estate, technology employment, and related regulatory matters.
• Participate in team meetings, client calls, and case discussions.
• Assist in structuring and closing complex transactions.

Eligibility

Lawyers with experience in Corporate M&A, Tech Employment Regulatory, or Corporate Transactions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
