Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 years to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on matters related to Telecom and broader TMT laws.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on Telecom regulations and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements.
- Assist senior lawyers in case preparation and strategy development.
- Participate in client meetings and case discussions, offering actionable insights and legal advice.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments affecting the Telecom sector.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in TMT law, with a focus on Telecom practice.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and client service orientation.
