JSA is hiring an Associate with experience of 3–4 years to join their Corporate practice in Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on experience in M&A, private equity/venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory, along with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Handling M&A transactions, private equity/venture capital transactions, general corporate advisory work, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Eligibility

3–4 years of post-qualification experience with Tier 1 law firm(s).
