Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring an Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive title due diligence and review property records.
- Draft and interpret legal documents related to real estate transactions and allied matters.
- Review and analyze local regulatory filings and property-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of real estate mandates.
- Provide strategic legal input on property acquisitions and development projects.
- Ensure all transactional documents are precise and compliant with local laws.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience working specifically with Tier 1 law firm(s).
- Proficiency in both English and Kannada (essential for reviewing local records).
- Proven experience in real estate transactional work and title due diligence.
- Strong ability to review, interpret, and draft complex legal documents.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
