JSA is hiring an Associate with focused experience in employment law advisory work, employment documentation, employment due diligence, and employment issues in corporate transactions, along with HR audits and POSH or white-collar investigations, to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle employment law advisory work.
• Draft employment documentation.
• Conduct employment due diligence.
• Manage employment issues arising in corporate transactions.
• Undertake HR audits and POSH or white-collar investigations.

Eligibility

• Focused experience in employment law advisory.
• Experience in employment documentation and due diligence.
• Experience handling employment issues in corporate transactions.
• Experience undertaking HR audits and POSH or white-collar investigations

Salary/Stipend
