Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring Associates with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their Regulatory Disputes team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory, commercial, and constitutional litigation matters.
• Engage in policy-related legal work and analysis.
• Handle disputes primarily in the electricity, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
• Represent the firm before tribunals, regulatory bodies, and courts.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and related documents.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Prior exposure to electricity, infrastructure, or energy sectors preferred.
