Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their Litigation team in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation matters across various courts and tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams for case preparation.
• Support senior lawyers in hearings and litigation management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior litigation experience in reputed law firms preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dispute resolution environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Salary/Stipend
