Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate – Disputes & Litigation with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and advice to clients.
• Participate in case discussions and assist in overall case strategy.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation and support court proceedings.

Eligibility

4–5 years of post-qualification experience in disputes and litigation practice.

Salary/Stipend
