Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring an Associate with experience of 2–5 years to join their team. The role involves advising on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on general corporate legal matters.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions and deal structuring.
- Support private equity investments and related legal documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on corporate transactions.
- Provide legal support on corporate advisory matters.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience at reputed law firms.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
