JSA is hiring a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with experience of to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate commercial matters, including private equity transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide corporate law advisory services.
• Handle private client matters, including succession planning.
• Work closely with clients to understand and address legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Experience in corporate commercial matters and private equity.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts and corporate law advisory.
• Experience in private client practice, including succession matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
