Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate – Disputes & Litigation with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Participate in case discussions and strategy planning.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
• Draft pleadings, notices, and other legal documents.
• Support senior lawyers in court proceedings and related tasks.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in disputes and litigation.
• Focused experience in disputes practice.
• Excellent academic record preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
