Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation to join its team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves active involvement in court matters, drafting pleadings, and assisting in litigation strategy, with flexibility to work from JSA offices and client locations as required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters and attend court proceedings.
• Draft pleadings and related litigation documents.
• Assist in developing and executing litigation strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on assigned matters.
• Work from firm offices and client locations as per case and business requirements.
