Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their Disputes team at the Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and advisory support to clients.
• Conduct legal research and manage case discussions.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation and strategy building.
• Support senior lawyers in court proceedings and related tasks.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in disputes or litigation practice.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the Mumbai office.
