Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience to join its litigation team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling civil litigation matters before courts.
• Drafting pleadings and related legal documents.
• Assisting in litigation strategy and case preparation.
• Coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in court appearances and drafting pleadings.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to flexible working requirements.
