Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling General Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters, along with drafting, negotiation, analytical work, and client management.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity.
- Graduated from a top National Law University (NLU).
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
- Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills.
