JSA is hiring an Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves working on General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters. Candidates must be motivated professionals with strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters.
• Draft legal documents and assist in negotiations.
• Provide analytical support and manage client interactions.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Work experience with Tier-1 law firm(s).
• Graduate from a top National Law University (NLU).
• Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
• Prior experience in General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
