Juris Sastra Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring an Associate to join their office in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting and review of legal documentation, client advisory work, court appearances, case preparation, and assistance to senior advocates. The role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with legal regulations, and effective communication while representing clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in formulating legal strategies.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents.
- Handle court appearances and case preparation.
- Provide legal advice and support client consultations.
- Assist senior advocates in legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised institution and membership or licence to practise law.
- Strong legal research, case preparation, and legal strategy formulation skills.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documentation.
- Client handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of procedural and substantive law with familiarity with local legal practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage case deadlines.
- Prior experience in litigation or corporate legal matters is an advantage.
