K. C. Patel & Co. is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Paldi, Ahmedabad. The role focuses on intellectual property prosecution and filings, offering exposure to IP proceedings before offices and courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertake e-filing of trademark, copyright, patent, and design applications.
• Draft applications, replies to examination reports, affidavits, and compliance documents.
• Appear in show cause hearings before respective IP offices.
• Handle opposition, rectification, cancellation, and related prosecution matters.

Eligibility

• Prior experience of 1–2 years in IP law.
• Strong drafting and research abilities.
• Comfortable using AI tools and applications to streamline legal work.
