K. C. Patel & Company is looking for an Associate specializing in Intellectual Property Law for their Paldi, Ahmedabad office. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
Role and Responsibilities
- E-filing of applications for trademark, copyright, patent, and design.
- Drafting applications, replies to examination reports, affidavits, and compliance documents.
- Appearing in Show Cause Hearings before respective IP offices.
- Handling opposition, rectification, cancellation, and related prosecution matters.
Eligibility
- Prior experience (1–2 years) in IP law.
- Strong drafting and research abilities.
- Comfortable using AI tools/apps to streamline legal tasks and improve efficiency.
