K. C. Patel & Company is hiring an Associate with 1 year of experience in intellectual property prosecution and filings to join their office in Paldi, Ahmedabad. The role involves handling IP filings, drafting, hearings, and prosecution matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• E-file applications for trademark, copyright, patent, and design.
• Draft applications, replies to examination reports, affidavits, and compliance documents.
• Appear in Show Cause Hearings before IP offices.
• Handle opposition, rectification, cancellation, and related prosecution matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong drafting and research abilities.
• Familiarity with e-filing procedures for IP applications.
• Comfortable using AI tools or apps to streamline legal tasks.
