K&S Partners is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

The role also involves liaising with international patent offices and working across a wide range of technology domains and industries.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Strong research and analytical skills in IP law (preferred).
• Experience in advising clients on IP strategy and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong team player with collaborative working style.
• Prior exposure to foreign patent filings will be an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
