Kabi and Associates is hiring an Associate – Construction Arbitration Practice with around 1 year of experience to join immediately. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and arbitration-related documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research.
• Work independently and collaboratively on arbitration matters.
• Assist in procedural aspects of arbitration.

Eligibility

• Preferable 1 year of experience/exposure to arbitration.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to join immediately, preferably from January 2026.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary/Stipend
