Details of the Job/Internship

Kabi & Associates is hiring 3 Associates with around 1 year of experience to join their construction arbitration practice in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in arbitration matters and dispute resolution processes.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research related to arbitration.
• Support claim preparation, documentation, and contract advisory work.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team.

Eligibility

• Around 1 year of experience or exposure to arbitration.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Genuine interest in construction arbitration.
• Availability for immediate joining (preferably by May 2026).

Salary/Stipend
