The Candidate

You need to be an India-qualified lawyer, ideally with PQE between 1 – 3 years and good exposure in corporate legal drafting. You will be driven and keen to develop your career, delivering high-quality work and the best possible client service. You will work well individually and collaborate as part of a team. Common sense and good matter management are a must, sound legal knowledge and experience of working with a range of clients will set you apart. You will be confident, motivated and eager to develop long-lasting relationships with a particular interest in the technology and start-up ecosystem. The firm's associates work closely with their clients and other advisors, so good communication skills are essential.
