Details of the Job/Internship
Kaizen Law is hiring an Associate to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed legal research.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation across practice areas.
- Liaising with clients and representing them in negotiations.
- Managing due diligence processes.
- Providing legal advice aligned with clients’ strategic interests.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Basic understanding of corporate law, M&A, private equity, venture capital, financial investments, and securities offerings.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated to the practice of law and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a similar role or handling corporate and M&A matters is preferred.
- Must be in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
