Details of the Job/Internship
Kaizen Law is hiring an Associate to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Advising clients on various legal matters.
- Assisting in M&A and PE/VC transactions.
- Advising on corporate and commercial laws.
- Liaising with clients and attending meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Experience in corporate law, M&A, and PE/VC transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and technology law is a plus.
Salary/Stipend
