Kamti & Associates is hiring an Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Litigation Team at their office in South Delhi. This role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging litigation matters in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters across various forums.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and legal opinions.
• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and briefings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated with current judicial precedents.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on strategy, preparation, and case management.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
