Details of the Job/Internship

Kansal Law Chambers is hiring an Associate (Corporate Litigation & Advisory) with post-qualification experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters related to insolvency and corporate litigation.
• Work on commercial arbitration, white-collar crimes, banking laws, and corporate advisory.
• Appear and manage proceedings before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC, arbitral tribunals, and the Delhi High Court.
• Advise on financial transactions, the Companies Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and procedural laws.

Eligibility

• Post-qualification experience of 2–4 years.
• Strong expertise in insolvency and corporate litigation.
• Sound understanding of financial transactions and applicable corporate and insolvency laws.

Salary/Stipend
