Details of the Job/Internship

Kapoor & Co., Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role at its South Delhi office. The role involves legal research, drafting, and analysis of legal documents, assisting in litigation and dispute resolution, providing advisory services, and supporting clients on compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate law-related assignments, with a focus on delivering practical and business-oriented legal solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft and analyse legal documents.
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Provide legal advisory services to clients.
• Support clients on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Handle assignments related to corporate law and commercial matters.
• Understand client requirements and deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and experience in legal drafting, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Expertise in legal research, documentation, and legal analysis.
• Understanding of corporate law, compliance, regulatory matters, and commercial transactions.
• Ability to advise clients and provide practical legal solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Law degree from a recognised university with enrolment with the Bar Council.
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
