Details of the Job/Internship
Karan Gupta Law Chambers is hiring Associates with 0–2 years of experience to join its disputes practice at the Bangalore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before various forums.
- Conduct legal research, draft, and settle pleadings.
- Prepare compendiums and concise notes on legal issues.
- Participate in client meetings and take ownership of cases.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a BCI-recognised university.
- Prior internship experience in litigation/disputes.
- PQE: 0–2 years.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Kannada is preferred.

- A published writing sample (paid-for publications are not accepted) OR a short critique/analysis of the judgment of the Supreme Court of India in Gayatri Balasamy Vs ISG Novasoft Technologies Ltd OR M/S Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Maharashtra (the note must contain a very brief and precise summary of the holding, and focus on an independent analysis/critique).
