Details of the Job/Internship

Karan Gupta Law Chambers is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate - Disputes and Corporate Advisory with 0 to 3 years of experience to join them at their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Associates are expected to take ownership of matters, including first drafts of pleadings, research notes, opinions, and participation in client meetings and conferences.
• Integrated disputes: matters typically cut across commercial litigation, arbitration, advisory and transactional support, allowing associates to see disputes from contract-drafting to enforcement.
• An expanding office that encourages initiative, independent thinking, and direct engagement with clients, rather than compartmentalised back-end work. 

Eligibility

• Law degree from a BCI-recognised university.
• Prior internship experience in disputes and/or corporate advisory.
• PQE: 0–3 years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
