Details of the Job/Internship

KHA Advocates is hiring an Associate with experience of to join their office in Rajarhat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Advise on regulatory compliance.
• Manage client communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client-specific legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required.
• LLM or specialization in relevant legal areas is a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong drafting and document preparation skills.
• Knowledge of Property Law, Corporate Law, and Family Law.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
