Khurana & Co. is hiring an Associate with 5+ years of litigation experience to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear independently in courts and tribunals handling diverse litigation.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Develop case strategies and manage client communications.
• Handle matters before Tribunals, District Courts, High Court of Delhi & Supreme Court.

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of relevant IPR experience.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
