Details of the Job/Internship

KSK is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of experience for its Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

Real Estate Practice: Conduct thorough title investigations and due diligence for various types of land and built-up assets.
Banking Support: Assist in the vetting and execution of security documents, including mortgage deeds and loan agreements.
Corporate Advisory: Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
Compliance: Ensure transactions adhere to both local land regulations (Tamil Nadu specific) and national banking frameworks.
Client Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders of the firm’s clients to provide timely legal opinions and risk assessments.

Eligibility

Qualification: Law Graduate (LL.B.) enrolled with the Bar Council.
Experience: 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Core Competency: Strong foundational knowledge in Real Estate practice; experience in Title Diligence is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent analytical and drafting skills with a high degree of professional integrity.
