King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring an Associate for its Media and Entertainment non-litigation team with 4–6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review production agreements.
• Draft and review licence and distribution agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence.
• Handle other non-litigation legal work related to media and entertainment matters.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing production, licence, and distribution agreements.
• Prior exposure to non-litigation legal work.
