Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring an Associate – Real Estate Law with 2–4 years of experience to join its office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting and reviewing real estate documents, advising on commercial real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, and assisting with real estate development and compliance matters. The role also includes providing legal counsel on real estate issues and coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to support business activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing real estate documents, including lease agreements.
• Advising on commercial real estate transactions.
• Conducting due diligence and preparing title search and title reports.
• Assisting with real estate development and compliance matters.
• Providing legal counsel on real estate matters.
• Coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate law.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements.
• Experience in conducting title searches, preparing title reports, and undertaking due diligence.
• Experience in non-litigation real estate work.
