Details of the Job/Internship
King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring an Associate – CS with 2–3 years of experience to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, and FEMA.
- Provide corporate compliance assistance to clients in India and abroad.
- Support internal teams on compliance-related matters.
- Assist with due diligence and associated client concerns.
- Act as primary liaison for regulatory agencies, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to compliance inquiries and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate compliance or company secretarial work.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, FEMA, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
