Details of the Job/Internship
Kings & Alliance LLP is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of PQE to handle matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle IBC matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Draft petitions, replies, applications, and written submissions.
- Conduct detailed legal research on insolvency and company law issues.
- Assist in court appearances and client briefings.
- Work collaboratively with the litigation team.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of PQE in NCLT & NCLAT matters.
- Strong knowledge of IBC and Company Law.
- Proven drafting and research skills.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Must be based in Delhi.
