KJS PARTNERS LEGAL LLP is hiring an Associate with experience in Property Law, Insurance Law, and Civil Matters to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to Real Estate Laws, Insurance Laws, and other Civil Disputes.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, notices, and agreements.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings.
• Coordinate with clients, seniors, and external stakeholders.
• Support the legal team in day-to-day operations.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate Laws, Insurance Laws, and Civil Litigation.
• Excellent research and drafting skills.
• Ability and willingness to attend court proceedings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Indian legal system and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• LL.B required.
• LL.M preferred.

Salary/Stipend
