Kosmos Partners is hiring an Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and review complex business and commercial contracts, including shareholding agreements, software licenses, NDAs, distributor agreements, service agreements, and employment contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage Own Caseload: Independently handle a diverse range of cases, including conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing for and attending client meetings.
- Collaborative Legal Strategy: Work alongside partners and associates to develop and implement effective legal strategies for both the firm and its clients.
- Legal Research & Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with the latest legal developments and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base through writing and presentations.
- Client Communication & Service: Maintain excellent client relationships by providing proactive legal advice and consistently delivering high-quality service.
Eligibility
- 3-Year LLB or 5-Year Integrated LLB degree.
- Law Firm Internship experience is mandatory
- Experience with law firms, especially in handling transactions and drafting agreements, is a plus.
- Enrolled with any Bar Council across India.
