Details of the Job/Internship

Kosmos Partners is an associate to join them in Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and review complex business contracts and shareholding agreements, including software licenses, NDAs, distributor agreements, service agreements, and employment contracts, across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage Own Caseload: Independently handle a diverse caseload, including conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing for and attending client meetings.
• Collaborative Legal Strategy: Work with partners and associates to develop and implement effective legal strategies for the firm and clients.
• Legal Research & Knowledge Sharing: Stay current with legal developments and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base through writing and presentations.
• Client Communication & Service: Ensure excellent client communication and satisfaction through proactive legal advice and consistent service.

Eligibility

• 3 Year LLB or a 5 Year integrated LLB degree.
• 2-3 year professional working experience.
• Experience working with Law firms is a plus, especially in handling transactions and drafting agreements.
• Enrolled in any Bar Council across India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
