Kosmos Partners is hiring an Associate with 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide contractual advisory support.
• Work closely with the Partner on client matters and legal strategy.
• Assist in managing client relationships and timelines.

Eligibility

• 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm.
• Mandatory experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong background in contract drafting and review.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a small, collaborative team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
