Details of the Job/Internship

K&S Partners is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join its Litigation Team at the Gurgaon office. The role involves advisory and opinion work, legal research, drafting and reviewing criminal complaints, conducting criminal trials, infringement analysis, coordination with law enforcement agencies across India, and coordination across K&S offices to ensure optimal work output.
