Details of the Job/Internship
Kumar & Associates is hiring an Associate with experience of 0–3 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before courts and actively assist in day-to-day court proceedings.
- Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and comprehensive case analysis.
- Brief and assist senior attorneys during hearings and trials.
- Manage case files, documentation, and the filing of court papers.
- Liaise effectively with clients, court staff, and other relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Strong interest in litigation and active courtroom practice.
- Proficient drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in litigation is considered a professional advantage.
