Kumar Legal Research LLP is hiring an Associate – Banking & Project Finance with experience of 7–10 years to join their team. The role involves drafting and negotiating financing documentation, advising on loan and security documentation, and working on end-to-end project financing transactions with lenders, financial institutions, and project developers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate financing documentation for energy, infrastructure, and power projects.
- Advise on loan agreements, security documentation, consortium lending, and compliance matters.
- Work with lenders, financial institutions, and project developers on financing transactions.
- Lead complex transactions and manage client relationships.
Eligibility
- 7–10 years of experience in project finance law, preferably in infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Expertise in banking and financial legal frameworks.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or law firms handling financing transactions.
