Details of the Job/Internship

Kunal Khanna & Co. is hiring an Associate with experience of 0 to 1 year to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting a variety of documents related to intellectual property, including trademark applications, copyright applications, design applications, opposition filings, cancellation petitions, counter statements, evidence, and responses to office actions.
• Handling online IP filings and managing deadlines for various applications.
• Conducting legal research on intellectual property laws, case laws, and judgments using research tools like SCC, Manupatra, etc.
• Client interactions and coordination to gather necessary details and provide updates on matters.
• Maintaining compliance with procedural requirements related to IP filings and litigation.
• Assisting in hearings before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Office, and other forums as needed.
• Keeping updated with the latest developments in intellectual property law and related procedural aspects.

Eligibility

• PQE: 0-1 Years
• LLB, preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
