Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring an Associate in International Trade with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Briefing senior management on matters handled.
- Preparing financial and cost data, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports.
- Drafting legal opinions, notes, and reports.
- Preparing presentations on various issues, including international trade.
- Keeping track of legal developments in international trade and updating team members.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: CA.
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax, Customs, or Audit.
- Good data analytical skills, ability to conduct quantitative analysis, and prepare reports.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Knowledge of international trade agreements, tariffs, and customs procedures is preferred.
- Ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver with minimal supervision.
