Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Arul Gnana Prakash is hiring an Associate with experience of 3 years to join their office in Coimbatore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence of title deeds and prepare detailed title search reports.
- Draft legal title opinions and various conveyance deeds for real estate transactions.
- Prepare pleadings and legal documentation for litigation matters.
- Review and prepare a wide range of legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with clients and maintain professional communication regarding case progress.
- Manage title diligence processes with minimal support from senior colleagues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Language Proficiency: Ability to read and write fluently in both Tamil and English.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Coimbatore.
- Proven ability to conduct title diligence and prepare reports independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
