Law Firm is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate to join them at their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court or before government agencies.
• Daily tasks also include preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, as well as advising clients on legal issues and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

Eligibility

• Legal Research and Analytical skills
• Experience in Drafting Legal Documents
• Strong Client Representation skills
• Trial Preparation and Court Procedures knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in India
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
