Details of the Job/Internship

Law Focus is hiring an Associate for a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. The Associate will handle legal research, drafting legal documents, attending client meetings, representing clients in tribunals and courts, coordinating with senior lawyers, and preparing case files.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents.
• Attend client meetings.
• Represent clients in tribunals and courts.
• Coordinate with senior lawyers.
• Prepare and maintain case files.

Eligibility

• Expertise in banking, real estate, corporate, and securities laws.
• Experience in legal research, drafting, and litigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience representing clients before tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Membership in the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend
